Conception d'identité visuelle pour la solution logicielle Sturnis 365 pour la collaboration interactive et réactive en équipe. «Sturnis» signifie «avec les étourneaux» en latin. Le secret derrière les formations tourbillonnantes d’étourneaux est qu’elles suivent des systèmes dynamiques auto-organisés : dans un troupeau d’étourneaux, il n’y a pas un seul chef, mais la cohésion et le mouvement du groupe est créé par l’interaction massive entre les oiseaux. Chaque oiseau garde la trace de la position de ses plus proches voisins, et le groupe peut se développer et se regrouper très rapidement. Les logiciels habituels sont construits sur base d’hiérarchies et de structures fixes. Ceux-ci sont difficiles à mettre en place, difficiles à changer et inflexibles quand il s’agit de changement réactif. Les solutions Inversed Design et les modifications des applications pilotées par l’utilisateur forment le backbone de Sturnis 365.

 The secret behind swirling starling formations is that they are self-organized dynamic systems: in a flock of starlings there isn’t a single leader, but the cohesion and movement of the group is created by the massive interaction among the birds. Each bird keeps track of the position of its closest neighbours, and the flock can expand and regroup very quickly.
Software has historically been built with fixed hierarchies and structures in mind. Those are hard to setup, hard to change and inflexible when it comes to (rapid) change. Inversed Design and user driven application changes form the backbone of Sturnis 365.
